• When making a pizza it is very easy for tomato sauce to come out of the oven tray, staining it. You can avoid it by placing some aluminum foil, which does not stick. That way you'll have the oven clean.
• If you are preparing a piece of chicken , turkey or other roasted poultry, put half an onion inside before putting it in the oven. It will be more juicy.
